Job summary

Pandora is seeking a Store Manager to lead our store team, immerse in our brand, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales. The role involves coaching a team of Assistant Store Manager, Sales Leads and Sales Associates on the sales floor with a focus on brand loyalty and performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3–5 years of leadership in a high-performance retail environment, strong communication, and the ability to recruit and develop talent.

The Store Manager will be the ultimate Pandora Fan.
