Venture Global LNG seeks a Specialist, Tools and Process in Arlington to advance standardized tools and processes across Quality, CI, and Training. You will document workflows, digitize manual steps, and help deploy dashboards and reporting systems to improve visibility and accountability.

Work closely with the Tools and Process Leader to ensure usability, sustainability, and integration into site operations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in process management, quality, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, digitization, and process standardization.
• Familiarity with RCA, CAPA, and CI methodologies within industrial or project environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, and process mapping software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.

• Maintain a living repository of tools, processes, and documentation for easy access and governance.

Venture Global LNG ("Venture Global") is a long-term, low-cost provider of American-produced liquefied natural gas. Summary

The Specialist, Tools and Process will support the design, documentation, and deployment of standardized tools and processes across the Quality, Continuous Improvement, and Training functions at Venture Global. This position will focus on documenting workflows, digitizing manual processes, and helping to implement dashboards and reporting systems that improve visibility and accountability. Working closely with the Tools and Process Leader, this role will ensure that tools are user-friendly, sustainable, and embedded into site operations.

• 3 - 5 years of experience in process management, quality, operations, or continuous improvement.
• Strong knowledge of workflow mapping, digitization, and process standardization.
• Familiarity with RCA, CAPA, and CI methodologies within industrial or project environments.
• Proficiency in Power BI, and process mapping software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to train and support end-users.

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary Range

$130,000 - $150,000
