Often described as the company’s “Swiss Army Knife,” STs support multiple service lines and project types and are trained to use a wide range of equipment, including heavy equipment. They complete diverse operational tasks safely, efficiently, and with high quality, while maintaining clear communication and strong respect for leadership and teammates. STs may also receive direction or training from a Project Manager or Field Supervisor.
