Responsibilities
- Coordinate facility-level placements for nursing and technician students seeking internships and global nurses
- Collaborate with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify and resolve placement barriers
- Work with local school administrators to execute Student Training Agreements and increase internship submissions
- Maintain clear communication with field and school stakeholders, including scheduling calls and sending recap emails
- Analyze program performance data to drive strategy and process improvements
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of total work experience with a high school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and issue resolution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in relationship management and building trust across teams
- Demonstrated ownership in achieving goals across multiple programs
- Familiarity with the healthcare industry and clinical talent sourcing
