  • Coordinate facility-level placements for nursing and technician students seeking internships and global nurses
  • Collaborate with Facility Administrators, Regional Operations Directors, and Talent Acquisition Leaders to identify and resolve placement barriers
  • Work with local school administrators to execute Student Training Agreements and increase internship submissions
  • Maintain clear communication with field and school stakeholders, including scheduling calls and sending recap emails
  • Analyze program performance data to drive strategy and process improvements
Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of total work experience with a high school diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data analysis and issue resolution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
