Are you an excellentcommunicator with great interpersonal skills?
Are you somebody who can work on their ownas well as part of a team, and somebody who can liaise with various stakeholders dailyto place patients with specialist requirements?
We are looking for a home based Specialist Support Advisor to join our well-established support team.
As part of this role, you will be facilitating patients with additional/specialist needs which will be done by following the specific referral pathway. You will be responsible for dealing with patients who require hospital placements, safeguarding/vulnerable patients, late gestations, and foetal abnormalities. You will also support your colleagues in the Booking & Information Centre by providing telephone back up to make appointments and answer patient queries.
We are looking for somebody who is resilient, can workunder pressure and remain calm during busy periods. An excellent team player,with a solution focused attitude.
As an advisor you are the first point of contact for BPAS patientswhich makes this role all the more rewarding. The BIC team are non-judgmental and offer first class patient care.

Location: Home based with expectation to travel to Booking & Information Centre once a month
Please note:
This role will become a remote role after the initial training and competency sign off with the exepectation to travel to the Booking & Information Centre once a month
Hours: 27 to 36 hours per week between the parameters below
Shifts longer than 6 hours will include 30 minutes unpaid break
We also offer a premium payment of time and a half for working on weekends
