To strengthen our team, we are looking for an Aftersales Specialist in our plant in YOTK - Hub, Morocco or Tunisia plants.

Your Role

1. Provides logistic and property support services and analyses.
2. Receipt and analyze customer orders.
3. Create and maintain Master data in SAP for all product references.
4. Monitor customer orders for aftersales parts delivery.
5. Ensure that the customer orders are correctly integrated into the system and monitor their deliveries.
6. Ensure all completed orders are dispatched on time.
7. Prepare and send invoices to customer.
8. Ensure stock management in SAP and warehouses.
9. Establish core responsibilities matching FCSD activities granting of delivery performances, reliability and customer satisfaction at FCSD.
10. Provides KPI Monitoring data.
11. Escalate IT for blockage topics SAP or infrastructure related.
12. Support of production transfer and old parts transfer for aftersales.
13. Process improvement definition and implementation.
14. Escalate in case of issues directly to supplier/customer or requires support from direct manager.
15. Impact analyses of RM shortages influencing final customers.
16. General SAP master data set up and maintenance for allocated parts.
17. Check of SAP settings for cross-plant when setting and upload new material.
18. Regular / monthly checking of SAP settings.
19. Upload matrix for creating new materials.
20. Coordination of balance in and balance out for new model programs and/or suffix changes.
21. Support for internal and external audits (LEAN, Quality, MMOG/LE).
22. Coordination of the external logistics service partner.
23. Fiscal year inventory responsible for internal process and support.
24. Coordinate and monitor In- and Outbounds.
25. Monitor packaging activities and report deviation.
26. Customs related activities.
