What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a subject matter expert in support of sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and program management
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to drive benefits for the client
- Conduct periodic market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders
- Support supplier relationship management and performance programs
- Ensure compliance with sourcing and contracting policies and procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university
- 3+ years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to lead teams in a decentralized environment
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficient in MS Office applications
