What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Implement key quality strategies, including management of provider and member interventions
2. Monitor and ensure timely completion of quality activities and reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare, with at least 1 year in health plan quality improvement or managed care
3. Solid business writing experience
4. Operational knowledge and experience with Excel and Visio
5. Availability for same-day travel up to 50% and overnight travel up to 20%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

1. 1 year of experience in Medicare and Medicaid
2. Certified Professional in Health Quality (CPHQ) certification
3. Nursing License (RN may be preferred for specific roles)
4. Certified HEDIS Compliance Auditor (CHCA) certification
5. Experience in Clinical Quality or Public Health
