Nestlé Purina seeks a Specialist, Project Management to lead full-cycle projects from inception to completion. You’ll collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and media types to ensure on-time, on-budget execution and high-quality results.

The role requires 3+ years in project management within marketing or creative environments, familiarity with Jira/Monday.com/Workfront, and a Bachelor’s degree. In-house agency experience is a plus and print/packaging experience is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience in an in-house creative agency, marketing agency, or similar client-service environment.
  • 1+ year of project management tools experience (Jira, Monday.com, Workfront preferred or equivalent platforms).
  • Experience supporting print production and packaging design projects is preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

  • Act as cross-functional hub for project executions with internal and external partners.
  • Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plans.
  • Maintain detailed status reports in Workfront and lead status meetings for Marketing and agency.
  • Act as a project driver for the team and own project efficiency.
  • Utilize Agile (Kanban+Scrum) and Waterfall approaches as appropriate per project type.
  • Experience in omni-channel production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging.
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Open jobs and manage scope using agency software tools (i.e., Workfront).
  • Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs.
  • Manage production-related requests and create holistic timelines.
  • Gather and vet specs across media types to ensure project accuracy.
  • Traffics print and digital media and facilitates website content updates.

As a Specialist, Project Management you will lead and manage full-cycle projects (from inception to completion) across multidisciplinary teams and across all media types (digital to traditional) to ensure on-time, on-budget and error-free execution.

  • Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy
  • Manages all Type C & D packaging updates, creates spec sheets, works directly with Production Artist
  • Traffics print and digital media
  • Facilitates website content updates

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
