Job summary

Nestlé Purina North America is seeking a Specialist, Project Management to lead full-cycle projects across digital to traditional media. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure on‑time, on‑budget, error‑free execution.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project management within in‑house or agency environments, along with experience using Jira, Monday.com, or Workfront to manage complex schedules and deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year of project management experience in an in‑house creative agency, marketing agency, or similar client‑service environment.
• 1+ year of project management tools experience (Jira, Monday.com, Workfront preferred or equivalent platforms).

Responsibilities

• Act as cross‑functional hub for project executions while partnering closely with internal & external partners to ensure overall project success.
• Develop, own, and communicate holistic project schedules and work plan to internal & external teams.
• Maintains detailed status reports in Workfront and leads status meetings for Marketing and agency.
• Acts as a project driver for the team, takes ownership of project efficiency.
• Utilize Agile (Kanban+/Scrum) and Waterfall processes and applies relevant approach by project type.
• Experience in omni-channel/all media types of production including digital, eComm, print, video, and packaging
• Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
• Open jobs utilizing agency software tools (i.e. Workfront)
• Work with account leads to accurately scope project jobs
• Management of all production related requests from the internal team, clients, or meta‑agency partners - holistic timeline creation and management
• Gather and vet specs across all media types (digital, ecommerce, broadcast, print, promotions + packaging) to ensure project accuracy
• Manages all Type C & D packaging updates, creates spec sheets, works directly with Production Artist
• Traffics print and digital media
• Facilitates website content updates

Requirements
