Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Specialist, Program Finance in Yorba Linda, CA (or Cape Canaveral, FL) to support project teams with planning, tracking, analysis and reporting for diverse contracts. The role involves IPMR/IPMDAR preparation, EACs, Earned Value management and monthly forecasts across orders, sales, EBIT, cash and working capital.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of related experience; a Graduate Degree and 2+ years preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Earned Value Management, baseline planning/execution, and estimate to complete changes.
• Prepare monthly forecasts outlooks for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Working Capital.
• Prepares accurate and complete variance analysis and reporting.
• Makes basic adjustments to systems and processes to solve problems including improvements to Financial System tools and processes.
• Interfaces with Program Managements, Accounting, Functional Leads, and customers as the primary source of all financial information for the programs they support.
• Provide financial analysis for audits and other financial activities.
• Responsible for knowing/following L3Harris policies and procedures.
• Ability to travel up to 10-15%.

Job Description

The Specialist, Program Finance will support the project team members in the planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting of projects of varying contract type, size and complexity. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California is $76,500 - $141,500. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
