Job summary

Ecoplastic America Corp in Register, GA is seeking a Maintenance/Production Technology engineer to design and implement efficient production processes. The role focuses on process design, optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with R&D, QA, and Maintenance teams.

Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years in production technology. CAD skills (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and familiarity with PLCs/robotics are highly valued.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement new production processes and technologies to boost efficiency and cut costs.
  • Develop process flow diagrams, layouts, and equipment specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tech into existing processes.
  • Lead optimization initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma or Kaizen and track KPIs.
  • Provide technical support to production teams and coordinate with R&D, QA, and Maintenance.
