Compensation range for this role:

As a Specialist, Parts in Managed Transportation at RXO, you will deliver exceptional service to our customers and drivers before, during, and after calls.

What your day-to-day will look like:
  1. Support customers regarding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including reducing backorders and past dues, accurate forecasts, new model launches, recalls, and supplier collaboration.
  2. Meet workload criteria and metrics.
  3. Monitor and track pickups and deliveries; notify customers of any deviations from the schedule.
  4. Answer incoming supplier calls and emails.
  5. Use customer tools to provide accurate updates related to shipments, forecasts, and schedules.
  6. Collaborate with customers and escalate issues through appropriate channels.
  7. Update and create standardized process documents.
  8. Participate in conference calls with suppliers and customers.
  9. Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments within GM CCA, such as engineering, logistics, product development, supplier quality, and purchasing.
  10. Work autonomously and adapt to change.
What you’ll need to excel:

Minimum requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience handling high-volume phone and email communication in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong experience in supplier and customer interactions.
  • Basic computer skills.

Preferred additional qualifications:

  • Knowledge of the transportation industry.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, including multitasking and managing customer expectations in a fast-paced environment.
