This career step requires limited level experience. It involves planning, designing, or analyzing network components, infrastructure, and architecture to support strategic technology goals, including both Wireline and Wireless components. Provides short- and long-term planning for access network technologies, including analysis, solution recommendations, and implementation strategies.

Technical professional with limited experience. Has working knowledge of technical principles and learning AT&T technologies. Demonstrates basic knowledge of engineering, design tools, and databases. Capable of completing small to medium projects, seeking guidance from peers for complex issues.
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Math, Science, or Engineering preferred.
Experience:
Typically 1-2 years of experience. Technical Career Pathway (TCP) role.
Supervisory:
No.
Salary range for this role is $70,700 - $106,100 annually, depending on experience, location, and education.
