Job summary

BNY Mellon in Lake Mary, FL is seeking a Specialist, OPS Data Transfer, Integration & Quality II to join the Integrated Middle Office Solutions team. You will analyze data transfer processes, monitor data quality, and respond to client inquiries while applying SOPs to improve accuracy.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred) and 0–3 years of experience in securities or financial services; you will work on test plans and ensure accurate file delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required; advanced/graduate degree preferred.
• 0-3 years of total work experience preferred.
• Experience in securities or financial services preferred.
• Ability to execute test plans and ensure the quality and accurate delivery/transfer of test and production files.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, reconcile, troubleshoot, and review incoming and outgoing data to ensure accurate performance/output generated by organization technology products and solutions.
• Analyze and monitor data/reports to ensure quality and accurate transfer, integration, translation, and reporting of data.
• React promptly to data quality statistics and client inquiries.
• Execute low-risk data fixes based on SOPs and/or documented processes to improve performance or accuracy.
