A+E Global Media seeks an Office Services & Facilities Specialist to coordinate daily facilities operations, liaise with vendors, and support a safe, welcoming workplace across multiple sites. The role emphasizes service orientation, organization, and cross-functional collaboration with Security, IT, HR and Building Services.
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service, project coordination, and multitasking skills, plus experience in office moves and workplace projects.
Work Locations: With the exception of some select roles that have in-office requirements, A+E Global Media operates on a flexible model that allows for remote, hybrid or full time in office work (in certain locales). Office locations include New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Stamford, CT. The Office Services & Facilities Specialist supports the day-to-day operations of A+E's workplace environment by coordinating facilities services, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring employees have a safe, functional, and welcoming workplace experience. This role serves as a key liaison between employees, vendors, building management, and internal partners to proactively address workplace needs, resolve operational issues, and support workplace initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. The ideal candidate is service-oriented, highly organized, and enjoys balancing operational excellence with employee support. The ideal candidate is a proactive, service-minded professional who enjoys creating positive workplace experiences while ensuring facilities operations run smoothly. They are organized, responsive, and comfortable balancing employee-facing responsibilities with operational coordination. They build strong relationships, anticipate needs before issues arise, and take pride in maintaining a workplace that is safe, welcoming, and highly functional. They are equally comfortable coordinating a vendor repair, helping prepare a workspace for a new employee, supporting an office event, or identifying opportunities to improve workplace services and efficiency. This individual thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by helping others succeed through exceptional workplace support.
Hourly Pay Range: $36.63 - $41.21 Annual Incentive Target: 5% The annual/hourly pay range displayed serves as a good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum base pay range for this role. Compensation for the role will be based on a number of different factors such as a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, location, and experience.
