Danfoss is seeking a Factory Systems Engineer to join the Manufacturing IT Factory Systems team. The role supports global BarTender labeling and serves as Global Solution Owner for the LabelPrint platform across manufacturing and logistics.

You will collaborate with OT, IT, and production teams to drive standardization, integrations, and reliable IT service delivery, while promoting continuous improvement and governance across sites.

Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing IT, Factory Systems, MES, or shop-floor technologies.
• Strong knowledge of printer management and labeling systems; BarTender experience is a plus.
• Experience with OT/manufacturing networks and integrations between production equipment, printers, and business systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases, and enterprise application support.

The Impact You'll Make

We are looking for a Factory Systems Engineer to join the Manufacturing IT Factory Systems team. The position is open to external candidates in Monterrey (Mexico) and Sofia (Bulgaria), and to internal candidates from all Danfoss locations globally.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own and drive Danfoss' global BarTender labeling solution, supporting approximately 2,700 printers and 3 million labels per week across manufacturing and logistics operations worldwide.
• Serve as Global Solution Owner for the LabelPrint platform, driving strategy, governance, lifecycle management, standardization, integrations, and continuous improvement.
• Support manufacturing IT migration, footprint, and standardization projects across global production sites.
• Ensure reliable IT service delivery and user support, maintaining high service quality and business continuity.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, OT, and IT teams to deploy and support business-critical manufacturing solutions.

What We're Looking For

• Experience with Manufacturing IT, Factory Systems, MES, industrial applications, or shop-floor technologies.
• Strong knowledge of printer management, labeling systems, and print infrastructure (BarTender experience is an advantage).
• Experience with OT/manufacturing networks and integrations between production equipment, printers, and business systems.
• Knowledge of Windows Server environments, databases, and enterprise application support.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
