The Customer Innovation Center Specialist will produce high-quality print samples, manage color workflows, and support demonstrations, print production, and color management across multiple technologies. The role emphasizes customer-facing activities, technical consulting, and collaboration with sales, marketing, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and/or production environments preferred.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and color management tools.
• Must be able to lift heavy paper cartons up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Receives, labels and analyzes media samples.
• Executes laboratory testing according to standard procedures.
• Conducts experiments under defined conditions to verify/reject various hypotheses using refined scientific methods.
• Responsible for technical document creation and distribution, with input from senior peers.
• Records all data and results in specified forms (paper and electronic) with accuracy and responsibility.
• Ensures that all safety guidelines are followed strictly at all times and maintains a clean and orderly environment.
• May operate printing equipment/print production.
• Identifies media characteristics inclusive of but not exclusive to weight, opacity, finish, coatings and brightness.
• Operates, loads media, and sets printer to required specifications for analysis.
• Issue identification and resolution of various print definition languages and files.
• Responsible for Technical document creation and distribution.
• Responsible for file preparation and color management.

About the Role

The Customer Innovation Center Specialist is responsible for producing high-quality print samples and managing color workflows across multiple print technologies. This role supports customer demonstrations, print production, color management, and technical consulting activities while serving as a key resource for sales, marketing, and customer support teams. The ideal candidate has strong experience in print production, color management, digital workflows, and customer-facing environments. This role requires you to live within a reasonable commuting distance to Boca Raton, FL So that you can adequately execute your job responsibilities.

Your Impact

About You: The Skills & Expertise You Bring

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience required, plus 3 to 5 years of related experience. Experience in printing pre-sales/post-sales support in office and/or production environments preferred. Media: Knowledge of MSDS. Knowledge of industry requirements for printing in TDM and commercial printing. Color: Offset, Inkjet or toner printing experience, Adobe Creative Suite experience in color printing environments, Enfocus PitStop experience or similar color management tools for file and color corrections, proficient in Microsoft office products such as Excel, Word and Power Point. Knowledge of the theory of four color process printing, ability to explain the theory. n/a Must be able to lift heavy paper cartons up to 50lbs. and move rolls of paper. We are providing the anticipated base salary range for this role: $69,300-103,770 annually.
