Aditi Consulting is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing to own and drive change control quality records across supplier sites. This role operates with minor supervision and collaborates with External Supply teams to close quality records promptly.

The specialist will manage and escalate records originating from the network to ensure timely compliance. The position emphasizes project management and clear ownership of change control processes, supporting manufacturing excellence and regulatory

Payrate: $42.00 - $44.00/hr

Summary

The Specialist Manufacturing is expected to own and execute under minor supervision all the processes related to Change Control quality records. This Specialist Manufacturing will act as the External Supply representative across functional teams and drive closure of quality records in a timely manner. The Specialist Manufacturing, External Supply owns and manages quality records originating from manufacturing sites across the network.

Pay Transparency

The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is:$42.00 - $44.00/hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
