Job summary

Kelly Science is seeking a Specialist Manufacturing for our Biotechnology Industry client in Juncos, PR. You will support manufacturing and quality systems, assist with process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions.

The role requires advanced degree or equivalent experience and exposure to deviations documentation and Change Control Management. Biweekly pay and Christmas bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master’s degree with 2 years related experience, or Bachelor’s with 4 years related experience.
• Experience in deviations documentation and Change Control Management.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions.
• Apply process, operational, scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
• May serve as primary production process owner for process support systems and assist with process ownership responsibilities on more complex process systems.

Requirements

• -Doctorate OR
• -Masters + 2 years of directly related experience OR
• -Bachelors + 4 years of directly related experience
• -Experience in deviations documentation and Change Control Management.
