Job summary

PRPDG seeks an experienced professional to support manufacturing operations, including quality systems, non-conformances, process validation, and new product introductions.

You will apply technical and analytical skills to assist with procedures, training, and process ownership for complex production systems.

Qualifications

• Doctorate or Master's with required manufacturing ops experience, or equivalent experience per education options.
• Shift: 8 hours 8am-5pm; OT may be required.
• Experience with document handling on Veeva Vault or similar platforms.
• Technical writing expertise and change control ownership.
• Project handling and use of Smartsheet or similar platforms.

• Support execution of manufacturing/quality systems (non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and NPI).
• Apply process, operational, scientific expertise to support manufacturing operations.
• May serve as primary production process owner for process support systems; assist with ownership on complex systems.

SUMMARY

With minimal supervision, support the execution of manufacturing/quality systems such as non-conformances, process validation, procedures, training, and new product introductions. Apply process, operational, scientific expertise, basic compliance knowledge, and analytical and troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations. May serve as primary production process owner for process support systems and assist with process ownership responsibilities on more complex process systems.

REQUIREMENTS

• Doctorate OR Master's + 2 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Bachelor's + 4 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR Associates + 8 years of Manufacturing Operations experience OR
  High school/GED + 10 years of Manufacturing Operations experience
• 8hrs shift | 8am-5pm | OT may be required based on business needs
• Knowledge in document handling on Veeva Vault (CDOCs) or similar platforms
• Technical writing expertise
