Responsibilities
How will you make an impact?
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and track all maintenance performed on aircraft during revenue service. Supervise Class IV on-call maintenance.
- Provide technical assistance as needed. Track maintenance-related delays and cancellations, and report irregularities to management.
- Serve as the communication link between flight crews, System Operation Control (SOC), and Maintenance regarding aircraft discrepancies.
- Interpret, issue, close, and control the use of the Minimum Equipment List (MEL), Configuration Deviation List (CDL), and Time Delayed Maintenance Items (TDMI).
- Ensure compliance with procedures prior to aircraft dispatch and receive assignments from management.
- Work according to FAA and company regulations, complying with all applicable manuals.
- Contribute to FAA-required reports, including MRR and MISR. Debrief flight crews and maintenance on discrepancies.
- Coordinate findings with relevant personnel to resolve maintenance issues.
- Manage parts movement and manpower for field trips to facilitate timely repair of aircraft.
- Travel to aircraft or stations to provide on-site assistance and guidance for repairs.
- Communicate effectively with company personnel as required.

- Ability to work in a team, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Initiative and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently, report regularly, and be self-motivated.
- Minimum age of 18.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Flexibility to work additional hours on short notice.
- Legal right to work in the U.S.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
- FAA A&P license required.
- At least three years of aircraft maintenance experience, preferably on company fleet types. PC skills necessary.
- Working knowledge of MEL and GPM preferred.
