What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Manage and administer all federal and state leave programs for team members
  • Serve as the main point of contact for team members seeking leave, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support the day-to-day outsourced Leave of Absence administration and maintain relationships with relevant departments
  • Monitor and maintain the Leave of Absence inbox and HR Help Center cases, responding with urgency to team member inquiries
  • Provide oversight of leave of absence claim management and track leave data using Workday
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or HR; or a High School Diploma/GED with at least four years of experience in Leave Administration and Benefits/HR support
  • Minimum of two years of experience in Leave Administration and Benefits/HR support
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state leave administration and employee benefits
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of confidentiality requirements associated with Human Resources practices
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Finance with three years of experience in leave and benefits administration and analysis
  • Experience with Workday or similar HR systems
