Sunoco LP is a leading energy infrastructure and fuel distribution master limited partnership operating across 32 countries and territories in North America, the Greater Caribbean, and Europe. The Partnership’s midstream operations include an extensive network of approximately 14,000 miles of pipeline and over 160 terminals. This critical infrastructure complements the Partnership’s fuel distribution operations, which distribute over 15 billion gallons annually to approximately 11,000 Sunoco and partner-branded retail locations, as well as independent dealers and commercial customers.

Position will be responsible for implementing projects and providing daily support of automation systems for loading and off-loading terminals. Primary duty will be PLC configuration and programming related to automation systems. Duties will include automation troubleshooting, installation, and general technical system support. Will provide support of critical production systems, 7x24, to ensure continuous system availability. Activities include direct end user contact with terminal operations, corporate personnel, and vendors.
Travel – Must be willing and able to travel as required by the demands of the position, up to 20% of the time, but may be higher during critical project assignments.
Work assignments at remote sites will require outside work in all types of weather conditions.
Must be willing to work overtime when needed, including occasional weekend work
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred; extensive work experience with PLC programming and terminal automation systems may be considered in lieu of degree.
