Job summary

Warrant Technologies seeks a Specialist, Information System Security III to support NSWC Crane MXM EMSO. You will execute Technical Instructions under Government direction to aid RDT&E, mission engineering, modeling and simulation, and Fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS.

Requires 5+ years in Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A, with experience using eMASS and ACAS, and a Full Security Control Assessor qualification may be required.

Qualifications

• College degree in a technical or managerial discipline; HS diploma with additional years of experience accepted.
• 5+ years in Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field.
• Active DoD SECRET clearance (or interim) required and must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Execute assigned Technical Instructions under Government direction to support RDT&E, mission engineering, and modeling & simulation.
• Perform Fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Maintain and apply information systems security controls per DoD guidance.

Description

The Specialist, Information System Security III supports the NSWC Crane Model-Based Engineering Assessment Division (Code MXM) on the MXM EMSO effort, executing assigned Technical Instructions under Government technical direction in support of the RDT&E, mission engineering, modeling and simulation, and Fleet-support tasking defined in the SOW/PWS. The position requires greater than five (5)* years practical experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field. Have worked with Information Assurance tools such as DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) and may be required to hold a Full Security Control Assessor qualification. *Without college degree, greater than seven (7) years required. The Specialist, Information System Security III performs assigned work in accordance with Team quality, configuration-management, and security requirements.

Additional Desired Experience

• With College Degree: Greater than five (5) years practical experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A (formerly C&A) related field.
• TS/SCI eligibility preferred.
