• Maintain and organize inventory: catalog, track, and store parts and materials.
• Organize items in bins and shelves within the storage closet.
• Support marketing efforts to promote Maker Space activities and resources.
• Assist with event setup and table management for on-campus and community STEM events as schedule allows.
• Perform general office tasks, including ordering supplies and supporting daily operations.
• Communicate effectively with a broad range of people and backgrounds to maintain good working relationships across the College.
• Engage with diverse student, faculty, and staff groups, including those with disabilities.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities & Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Utilize and maintain Maker Space equipment, including 3D printers, laser cutters, and robotics kits.
• Maintain and organize inventory: catalog, track, and store parts and materials.
• Organize items in bins and shelves within the storage closet.
• Support marketing efforts to promote Maker Space activities and resources.
• Assist with event setup and table management for on-campus and community STEM events (as schedule allows).
• Perform general office tasks, including ordering supplies and supporting daily operations.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a broad range of people with a variety of abilities and backgrounds, to maintain good working relationships across the College.
• Ability to work with all groups from a variety of academic, socioeconomic, cultural, and ethnic backgrounds, and with community college students, faculty, and staff, including those with disabilities.

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
