Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and validate payroll data for accurate wage payments.
• Establish and maintain effective processes for payroll data collection.
• Audit and maintain data integrity across payroll systems.
• Analyze payroll expenses and provide reports to management.
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries promptly.
• Prepare payroll tax filings and W-2s as required.
• Supply payroll records for stakeholders as needed.

Summary

Payroll Specialist II is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee wages while maintaining full compliance with internal policies. Payroll Specialist II will analyze payroll data and related expenses to provide insight for the management team. This position works closely with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Review and validate payroll data in accordance with payroll cycles to ensure accurate and timely wage payments
• Establish and maintain effective processes to ensure the timely and accurate collection of payroll data
• Audit, maintain, and ensure data integrity across employee records, payroll systems, and time & attendance database
• Analyze payroll expenses and workforce data to provide reports to the management
• Respond to employee payroll inquiries in a timely manner
• Prepare payroll tax filing, W-2s, and amendments as required
• Supply payroll records for internal/external stakeholders as needed
• Perform any other payroll-related duties as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness at work-site in accordance with 5S3R Standards:

• Perform other duties as assigned
