Job summary

ADUSA Distribution is seeking a Human Resources Specialist to partner with leaders, align HR strategies with business goals, and elevate the associate experience at our Manchester, CT campus.

You will advise leaders, analyze workforce data, and drive inclusive talent initiatives while supporting recruitment and development programs across our organization.

Qualifications

Salary

• $86,320-129,480, depending on experience.
