A mental health technology company is seeking a Specialist I in Partnership Support to provide top-notch assistance to clinicians and clients. This full-time role requires customer support experience, especially in healthcare, and involves handling inquiries via calls, chats, and emails. The Opportunity
We are looking for a Specialist I, Partnership Support to join Grow Therapy! This position will be part of the Payor Partnership Support Team providing a best in class experience to our Payor Partner Clinicians and Clients. You’ll be part of a remote-friendly team of 13-15 teammates, reporting directly to the team’s manager. This position requires a work shift of Monday-Friday, 12pm-9pm EST.
Employment Type: Full Time, Non-Exempt
Base Compensation: The base compensation range for this position is $21.63 - $23.08 USD per hour.
The base compensation for this role will vary depending on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, and the candidate's working location.
