  • Assist families with registration, check‑in, and navigation during events.
  • Coordinate room setup, takedown, and cleanup, including materials and equipment, to ensure a seamless participant experience.
  • Support the implementation of educational activities such as art and cooking classes, ensuring participants are engaged and supported.
  • Aid in grocery carry‑out services during Brother Bill’s sessions and assist in loading vehicles with food boxes during North Texas Food Bank distributions.
  • Provide hands‑on support to students and families during technology‑focused sessions, including iPad/Chromebook setup and troubleshooting.
  • Serve food and beverages during events, ensuring quality service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Assist with the coordination of volunteer assignments.
  • Participate in marketing/community events.
