Summary

Performs clerical and support functions for the Human Resources (HR) department.

Responsibilities

Performs other duties as assigned, including filing and processing mail.

Collects and enters data into the department's software systems application(s).

Answers phones, greets visitors, and responds to general inquiries.

Prepares communications and reports using desktop software.
