Job summary

Genpact is seeking a Specialist - HRO for Recruitment Operations to manage end-to-end recruitment processes and ensure compliant, efficient hiring practices. You will work with hiring managers to define staffing needs, post roles on multiple platforms, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews through to onboarding.

The role supports a remote work model and requires strong stakeholder management, data accuracy, and adherence to employment laws. Relevant HR certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics or Finance.
• Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics preferred.
• Industry-recognized HR certifications encouraged.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring efficiency and consistency. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Post job openings on various platforms and manage candidate applications to maintain a strong talent pipeline. Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to shortlist qualified candidates. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. Assist in coordinating job offers and onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and generate relevant reports. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
