What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Develop and manage an effective recruitment program, building a pipeline of qualified talent for Head Start positions
  • Conduct thorough pre-screens of applicants to ensure suitability for hiring managers
  • Engage with candidates and clients throughout the offer and hiring process, including background checks and pre-hire tasks
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to implement effective recruitment strategies and provide staffing support
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance within the Applicant Tracking System
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • High school diploma and at least 3 years of relevant HR experience
  • Willingness to regularly travel to multiple site locations
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with individuals and teams at all levels
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources within a Head Start program
  • Proven experience administering TA/HR support throughout the employee life cycle
  • Associates degree or higher
