Description
Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant purchasing options. Stay proactively updated on Apple's products, services, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge and assisting in offering ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity and learning. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.
