Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Stay proactively informed about Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assist in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and demonstrating curiosity to learn. Embody Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations.

• Ability to personalize solutions based on customer needs and communicate effectively.
