Description

Deliver excellent service to Apple customers by seeking to understand their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating customers on relevant ways to buy products. Understand and proactively stay up to date on Apple's products, services, purchase options, and sales processes. Support your peers by sharing knowledge about Apple's offerings and assisting in providing ownership opportunities. Maintain accuracy and follow guidance. Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service and support in other store areas. Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn. Demonstrate Apple's values of inclusion and diversity daily.

Minimum Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and reliably attend work as scheduled, in line with local laws and accommodations.

Pay & Benefits

Base pay is part of our total compensation, determined within a range based on skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Employees can participate in stock programs, purchase stock at a discount, and receive benefits such as medical and dental coverage, retirement plans, discounted products, and educational reimbursement.
