Join us! This is an exciting opportunity to join the Fleet Team at UtiliQuest, LLC as a Specialist Fleet Services in our Visalia, CA office. UtiliQuest, LLC is a leading provider of underground utility damage prevention services with over three decades of experience. Headquartered in Alpharetta, Georgia, we have offices across several states including California, Indiana, Ohio, Arkansas, and the Eastern US, employing over 2,500 staff. The day-to-day responsibilities
  • Monitor fleet vehicles and equipment for compliance and safety
  • Evaluate equipment condition and risk factors per regulations
  • Assist with repairs, work orders, and cost estimates
  • Coordinate warranty repairs and maintenance
  • Maintain asset accountability and process improvements
  • Manage equipment allocation and distribution
  • Ensure compliance with registration, titles, and inspections
  • Conduct vehicle inspections regionally, with travel
  • Manage physical assets and vendor relationships
  • Handle violations and toll queries
  • Maintain detailed records and promote safety standards
  • Operate company vehicles safely and professionally
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements for success
  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year in fleet, logistics, or related fields
  • Experience with vehicle titles, registration, and fleet systems preferred
  • Knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance systems
  • ASE Certification is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license, clean MVR
  • Ability to pass drug screening
  • Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite; quick learner of new software
  • Willingness to travel 30-50%
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and resourcefulness

The starting rate for this position is $24/hour.
