Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Specialist-Flavour Panelist to support sample prep, panel scheduling, and compliance with GMP/GLP standards at our Winston-Salem site. The role emphasizes quality, client communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced lab environment.

The ideal candidate has at least one year of relevant experience, combines strong organizational and communication skills, and can learn new techniques while maintaining accurate records and vessel inventories.

Qualifications

• At least one year of relevant experience.
• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate
• Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision
• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration
• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity
• Meets all quality and productivity metrics and demonstrates strong teamwork and collaboration
• Regular attendance and punctuality
• Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavour panel
• Schedule panellists using Outlook, and maintain professional communication via phone and email
• Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork
• Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation
• Communicates effectively with client staff members
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements

Specialist-Flavour Panelist responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

Qualifications

The ideal candidate would possess

• Strong computer, scientific, and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
• Ability to learn new techniques, perform multiple tasks simultaneously, keep accurate records, follow instructions, and comply with company policies
• At least one-year relevant experience;

Basic Minimum Qualifications

• Associate Degree, BS preferred
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Additional Information

• Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00p.m overtime as needed
