Job summary

Eurofins USA PSS Insourcing Solutions is seeking a Specialist-Flavour Panelist to support flavour testing operations in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform sample preparations, schedule panellists, and maintain lab inventory while upholding GMP/GLP, quality, and safety standards.

Collaboration with client staff and internal teams is essential to ensure accurate results and timely delivery. The ideal candidate has an Associate Degree (BS preferred), strong communication, attention to detail, and

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BS preferred.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• At least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Applies the highest quality standard in all areas of responsibility.
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Demonstrates strong client service skills, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Proactively plans and multitasks to maximize productivity.

• Perform a variety of sample preparations for flavour panel.
• Schedule panellists using Outlook, and maintain professional communication via phone and email.
• Prepare product samples; manage consumable inventory; manage labware and paperwork.
• Purchase supplies and perform P-card reconciliation.
• Communicates effectively with client staff members.
• Conducts all activities in a safe and efficient manner.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Adheres to highest quality standards; ensures compliance with quality system requirements.
