We are seeking a Specialist, Enterprise Strategy to drive organizational agility and business growth. This unique hybrid role bridges the gap between functional execution and high-level corporate strategy. As an individual contributor, you will maintain a balanced split, dedicating 50% of your time to technical data enablement and 50% to strategic planning. You will spend half of your time actively developing, managing, and optimizing our core digital technologies—specifically, database environments, Power BI dashboards, and SharePoint ecosystems. The other half of your time will be dedicated to strategic planning, focusing on long-term corporate goals, market and competitive analysis, financial forecasting, corporate development, and business-wide risk frameworks to ensure the enterprise is positioned for scalable growth.
The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
