  • Support major sporting events — including College National Championships, Super Bowl, Stanley Cup, and others — with timely campaign launches outside of standard business hours as needed.

Innovation & Problem Solving (Limitless Entrepreneurial Spirit)

  • Stay current on the latest PPC industry developments, automated bid strategies, and emerging best practices to continuously evolve campaign approaches.
  • Identify and improve campaign processes and tracking configurations to enhance reporting accuracy and operational efficiency.
  • Apply SQL and quantitative analytic methods to deepen data analysis and support more sophisticated, insight‑driven decision‑making.

Ownership & Execution (Determined & Relentless Mindset)

  • Own day‑to‑day monitoring and optimization of PPC campaigns, providing timely insights and recommendations based on performance results.
  • Contribute to budget planning and spending decisions, ensuring campaigns are aligned with evolving business objectives and deliver strong return on investment.
  • Manage multiple concurrent campaigns with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and accountability for results.
