Job summary

Fanatics Commerce is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Las Vegas to support fulfillment operations. You will pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience.

You will work across shifts, lift up to 25 lbs, and leverage RF technology to ensure orders reach fans quickly, with a focus on precision, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Stand 8–10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles daily in a warehouse.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll be at the heart of our fan experience, responsible for making sure the right gear gets to the right fans at the right time. Working within a Fanatics Fulfillment Center, you'll pick, pack, scan, receive, and ship products in a fast-paced, high-energy warehouse environment, upholding the safety, quality, and accuracy standards that define the Fanatics experience. CAPABILITIES & EXPERIENCE YOU BRING

Required Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
• Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift
• Willingness and capacity to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment or manufacturing environment across varying warehouse temperatures and conditions.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated passion for teamwork and a relentless drive to complete tasks correctly and efficiently.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Fluency in English reading and verbal communication is required.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including the ability to support overtime demands during peak seasons
