Relativity in Nashville is seeking an Education Programs Specialist to support the execution of education programs through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences.

You will automate workflows, manage LMS updates, coordinate trainings, and collaborate with Finance, Legal, and stakeholders to refine contracts and improve processes. The role emphasizes scale and efficiency through AI innovations and data-driven project management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in education programs or related operations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
• Basic experience with Skilljar and AI tools; Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support workspace creation, scheduling and LMS updates.
• Review and manage candidate flagged attempts.
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries related to education programs.
• Execute training and certification contracts with Finance and Legal alignment.
• Run program logistics, create SOPs, and facilitate upskilling sessions.
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale and reduce manual work.
• Track action items, schedules, and timelines for team and stakeholders.
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders.

Job Overview

The Specialist supports execution of educationprograms through operational and administrative tasks, ensuring smooth delivery of learning experiences, while also working to automate and increase efficiency to those processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support workspace creation, scheduling, LMS updates
• Review and manage candidate flagged candidate attempts
• Scrub and answer customer inquiries ina timelyfashion related to various education programs
• Executestrainingandcertificationcontracts, workingwith Finance and Legalto refine and improve
• Run programlogisticsand create related SOPs and facilitate upskilling sessions related to scheduling trainings, workshops, webinars across internal systemsand process improvement
• Own projects, process improvements, and AI innovations to scale andeliminatemanual processes
• Track action items, schedules, and support timelinesfor team and stakeholders
• Communicate program updates with stakeholders

Qualifications

• 1-3years' experience
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, curiosity,
• Basic experience with Skiljar and AItools
• Preferred experience with Salesforce, Skilljar

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values:

$66,000 and $100,000

The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
