What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead on-site search functionality, optimizing results based on best practices and user data

• Assist with promotion builds, testing, and launches
• Partner with UX, content, and development teams to implement site enhancements

What is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related role
• Competency within an eCommerce platform; Adobe Commerce highly preferred
• Familiarity with ERPs, preferably NetSuite
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
