What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead on-site search functionality, optimizing results based on best practices and user data
- Own SKU creation and management, coordinating with IT for testing and launch deadlines
- Manage coupon codes, including generation, distribution, and maintenance
- Assist with promotion builds, testing, and launches
- Partner with UX, content, and development teams to implement site enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a related role
- Competency within an eCommerce platform; Adobe Commerce highly preferred
- Familiarity with ERPs, preferably NetSuite
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint
