Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Specialist in Customer Service for Compression and Lymphedema products to support sales, educate referral sources, and keep teams updated on LTA coverage. You will help patients and providers choose products, process orders efficiently, and communicate with patients throughout the process.

Responsibilities include staying current on policy updates, HCPCS codes, and Medicare criteria; collaborating with billing/reimbursement; representing Cardinal Health at events;

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in DME sales, medical device sales, or another healthcare product role preferred.
  • Comfort learning and explaining insurance/Medicare billing processes, particularly DMEPOS.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.

  • Serve as the go-to expert on compression garments and LTA-covered products for both internal teams and external partners.
  • Educate referral sources (physicians, therapists) and patients on product options and LTA coverage guidelines.
  • Support the sales team with product demonstrations, training, and technical guidance.
