  • Maintain customer hierarchies and relationships to support accurate reporting and integration across systems and applications.
  • Ensure customer data quality by identifying, researching, and resolving data discrepancies and inconsistencies.
  • Partner with Customer Service, Sales, Finance, and other internal team members to resolve customer data issues and support business operations.
  • Support compliance-related activities, including tax exemption management, license validation, and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve data management processes, increase efficiency, and strengthen data governance practices.
What you'll bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a data entry, customer service, customer operations, or related administrative role.
  • Solid attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of data management principles, data quality, and data governance concepts.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing environment.
  • Experience maintaining customer master data or supporting customer onboarding processes.
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and regulations.
  • Experience with ERP systems, including SAP or JD Edwards (JDE).
  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
