Job summary

Dexian is recruiting for a Specialist, Corporate Quality (Supplier Quality Management) in Lewisville, TX. This contract-to-hire role is onsite for 90 days with potential hybrid after ramping to 1–2 days/week, offering a competitive hourly rate and conversion salary.

The candidate will own external supplier quality programs, lead audits, and drive supplier qualification, monitoring, and escalation processes in a GMP environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SQM, Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing within a GMP environment.
• 3+ years of audit experience.
• Direct supplier-facing quality management experience.
• Supplier qualification and approval responsibilities.
• Supplier performance monitoring and scorecards.
• Supplier quality events, deviations, nonconformances and escalations.
• External supplier relationship management exposure.
• CMO/CDMO or external manufacturing experience preferred.
• Strong systems experience: JDE, Agile, SAP, TrackWise, Veeva, PLM, eQMS, LIMS.

Specialist, Corporate Quality (Supplier Quality Management)

• Location: Lewisville, TX
• Type: Contract-to-Hire
• Pay: Up to $55 - 57.50/hr
• Conversion Salary: Approximately $75K-$80K
• Onsite: 100% onsite for first 90 days; potential hybrid 1-2 days/week afterward

Key Must-Haves

• 5+ years in SQM, Quality, Engineering, or Manufacturing within a GMP environment
