We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to support site learning and training compliance programs, ensuring adherence to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, regulatory expectations, and global standards. This role will support training compliance, instructional design, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain an effective and inspection-ready learning environment. The ideal candidate brings experience in GxP compliance, instructional design, performance consulting, Learning Management System (LMS) activities & curriculum management. This role partners with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), Quality, business stakeholders, and L&D colleagues to translate business and compliance needs into effective learning solutions.
High School Diploma, GED, or international equivalent and at least 6 years of relevant academic and/or practical work experience. Education beyond high school will be counted as relevant experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience. Minimum of 2 years of technical writing, instructional design and facilitation experience.

The salary range for this role is $79,200.00 - $124,700.00 This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
The successful candidate will be eligible for annual bonus and long‑term incentive, if applicable.
