What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Design, implement, and maintain compensation structures that align with the employer's values and business strategy
  • Conduct complex market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
  • Lead the annual compensation cycle, including merit increases, bonus calculations, and salary adjustments

What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in compensation or total rewards
  • Expertise in job evaluation methodologies (e.g., Hay, Mercer, etc.)
  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and HRIS; experience with PayScale, Workday, or similar systems preferred
  • Excellent ability to turn data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • CPHR or CCP designation is an asset
  • Proven collaborative spirit with an analytical mindset and bias for action
