  • Proactively communicate product updates, including ingredient, packaging, and formulation changes, with clear timelines and implications.
  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to gather inputs, secure approvals, and meet deadlines.

The Communications & Knowledge Management Specialist serves as the central owner of product information accuracy and consumer messaging. This role bridges Consumer Loyalty and cross-functional partners to ensure consistent, timely, and accurate product narratives. This individual combines strong writing, content strategy, and project management capabilities to translate complex product information into clear, actionable content—enabling the team to confidently engage consumers and make informed business decisions.

Responsibilities
  • Content & Knowledge Management

Requirements

The salary range for this full-time position is $60,500.00 - $95,700.00, + bonus + equity + benefits. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
